By booking an appointment, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please read carefully before scheduling.

 
Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but applied to your service.
Rescheduling within 48 hours requires a new deposit.
Cancellations may forfeit your deposit, though emergencies can be considered.
If we reschedule, your deposit stays valid for the new date.

 
No-Show Policy
Missing your appointment without notice will result in the full service fee, and future bookings may be restricted.

 

We do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours.

Late Arrivals
10-minute grace period allowed.
Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in cancellation and full charge.
Cancelling <24 hours in advance = 50% charge.
Same-day cancellation = full charge.
 
Health & Safety
Please stay home if feeling unwell; contact us to reschedule.
Notify us of allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions.
Treatments may be refused if nails or skin are unsuitable.

Brows > We follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure your safety. Clients are requested to arrive with clean eyebrows and to avoid wearing makeup on the treated area
 
Appointment Prep
Nails > Previous work done by other stylists may need to be fully removed before your appointment can begin.

We do not provide services for fungal or unhealthy nails.

Massage > please arrive clean and freshly showered, without heavy oils or lotions on your skin.
If proper hygiene is not maintained (including strong body odor), the appointment may be canceled and a refund will not be issued.

 

Brows > please inform us in advance of any skin conditions, allergies, or medical issues. If in doubt, we recommend a patch test beforehand to prevent allergic reactions.
Guarantee
7-day guarantee on all services under normal use.
Damage from biting, hitting, or filing your nails is not covered.
Report any issues within 7 days with clear photos.

 

After your treatment, you will receive detailed aftercare instructions to maintain your results. It is your responsibility to follow these guidelines.
